Keep up to date with the latest available handset. After 12 months, return your handset undamaged and in good working condition, pay a one off fee of $149 and sign up to a new eligible 24 month handset payment plan and a new eligible 24 month mobile plan.

You can make free voice and video calls to other My Business Mobile plans, My Business Mobile Lease Plans, Go Business Mobile Plans, Easy Share Business plans, Easy Business plans and Business Performance plans on the same account in Australia. Some plans (eg Business Fleet Connect plans, Business Mobile Advantage plans, Business Mobile PLUS and Business Fleet Select plans) can’t be on the same account as My Business Mobile plans.
Mobile Repayment Option: If you cancel early the remaining handset repayments will be higher as you’ll no longer receive a credit to offset your handset cost.
My Business Mobile Plans: Some usage is excluded, such as calls/SMS/MMS to premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers), 1234, 12455 and 12456 numbers, some satellite numbers, content charges and use overseas. Unused allowances expire monthly. If you use your International calls/SMS for things not included in your allowance, or for non-eligible countries, International call rates will apply.
Data Sharing: Your monthly data allowance will be shared between all eligible services on the same account. Your Data Share SIM cannot be used in a mobile handset.
Extra Data: If you go over your monthly data allowance, Telstra automatically add Extra Data to your allowance for that month in 1GB blocks at a cost of $10 per GB. Extra Data is for use in Australia with eligible plans, is shared between eligible data sharing services on your account and expires at the end of that billing month, If you're a business customer and take up a new My Business Handset plan or request Extra Data for your account, Telstra will switch all eligible services on your account to Extra Data (which will replace the old per MB charging model for those services moving forward)
Microsoft Office 365 for Business: Microsoft Office 365 for Business: Will be offered free of charge for up to 12 months from the date the customer activates. After 12 month subscription ends, you can opt in for the service at $13.20 per month. Offer only redeemable once per service. One license covers 5 compatible devices.
Microsoft OneDrive for Business: Usage of your Microsoft OneDrive account is metered and will count towards your data allowance. Documents/photos/videos cannot be larger than 10GB. Upon redemption, you can upload and access your documents/photos/videos for a maximum of two years. After two years, and unless extended by Telstra, you will still be able to access the documents/photos/videos (data charges apply) but will not be able to upload new ones. Once you redeem the offer, you consent to receiving SMS communication from Microsoft about Microsoft OneDrive. Microsoft OneDrive is a service owned and run by Microsoft. Microsoft has given Telstra customers the opportunity to use its service through this promotion.
StayConnected Plus for Business: Telstra will normally provide a refurbished device that is the same model as your current device or a similar device. To swap your device, you must return it within 14 days of receiving the replacement device or pay a non-return fee. Your original device must be returned with all activation and device locking features (e.g. Find My iPhone on iOS 7 devices) disabled or you may be charged an Inoperable Device Fee. The IMEI of your original device may be blocked and all content will be wiped. Mobile Security and Data Protection features vary by device operating system and version.
